Insanity vs. T25

I've done two full rounds of insanity, plus just adding random insanity workouts into my routine. I love insanity! I thought I would try T25, I am just finishing up my second week, I do like the shorter workouts, but it isn't nearly challenging enough for me. For instance, yesterday I did cardio, then I still wanted something more, so I went for a short three mile run. Has anyone else done both programs?

  • I was hoping that beta would pick it up a little. I also run when I get a chance, so really I do do more than just T25. After I'm done with the program I will probably alternate insanity, elliptical, running and T25. I was really hoping that T25 would be as intense as insanity, but in my opinion it isn't. Still a good workout though.
