Do any of you know if there is a dvd that has the exact same walking as the Youtube videos do? I don't want to buy something and then not like it. I really like the 1 and 2 mile ones on Youtube.

    Try collagevideo.com - they have video clips of the DVDs you can view on line.

    I have done a lot of the Leslie Sansone workouts from YouTube, and I noticed while shopping for DVDs that quite a few of them are available on DVD. I second the collagevideo.com suggestion. That is the best site for seeing clips of the workouts and detailed descriptions before you buy it.

    Yes - very likely it is on DVD. My guess is that many (or even most) of the Leslie Sansone videos on Youtube are there illegally. Sometimes people upload their personal DVD for the world to use .... free of charge.

    The nice thing about DVDs is that they are often chaptered. Meaning a 5 mile DVD can be turned into a 1 or 2 mile walk, by simply "skipping" to the next (or final) chapter. I really like 4 & 5 mile DVDs for this reason ..... I can pick & choose miles based upon music (or whatever).
