Beat up and sore from kicking your own butt in the gym? It's the weekend. Now you have a little bit of time. Take a walk and stretch those sore muscles.
Never got off your butt in the first place? Get off the couch and take a walk so you don't end up doing nothing all day. In most places its beautiful right now.

Muscles got nicely stretched today... then spine got moved.... went to back guru for an adjustment, she had to work out the knots first to do the adjustment so I will have bruises on my back for the next few days (one was a tad bit uncooperative until the very end).
Got to spend the rest of the evening and into tonight running around at work since I got a sample call so no nice leisurely (or even fast) walk for me!0 -
Done! - A 5K plus a 1.8 mile bike ride. Weekends are meant for resetting the mental battery with exercise. Sometimes! Now - I want some sleep!0
