    Oops, I forgot about this! I realized I needed to lower my calories this week because I was just kind of bouncing around the same couple of pounds for a while there. I was actually down by almost two pounds yesterday, but of course the scale was back up on my actual weigh-in day!

    10/11: 159.8 (had an anniversary, husband & Dad's birthdays this week. Definitely a challenge. Did do some overeating but tried to compensate with walking. Still did ok.
