Workouts A & B

Woops. I just realized today that I'm supposed to rotate Workout A & B every week after re-reading the summary. I for some reason thought I was supposed to do A for 4 weeks, and then switch to B.
Should I just consider this week as "starting over" with Workout A, then go to Workout B next week?

Doesn't really matter, whatever suits you best0

You're actually supposed to alternate them each time you lift. So if you lift MWF, you get ABA one week, then BAB the next, then ABA again.0

Oh, every workout? Sheesh- I'm all sorts of backwards, lol.
Maybe I'll just consider the past ~2 weeks practice, and "officially start" again today with Workout A, then B on Wednesday, A again on Friday.0 -

^This.
My whatever comment was in regards to saying it doesn't matter if you consider this week starting over with ABA or just going on to do BAB. Didn't realize you hadn't still understood about the alternating each time. my bad.0 -
