On Saturday, October 5th there is a "Freaky 5K" at the Whitney Center in Saint Cloud. It's only $25 to register. All proceeds go to help persons with disabilities.
On Sunday, October 6th, there is a "Zumbathon" at Workout World in Saint Cloud. It is open to the public. Only $15 to register. This is a benefit for a friend of the instructor. The instructor is AMAZING!
