another rant!

well gals, this weight issue just isn't going away...I thought the scale was starting to move again after 6 weeks of nothing..it went down 1lb and finally saw 140lbs (again!)..but I'm up 1.4 from that already! :(
I'm 14 days into the 30 day shred and my clothes are looser and I'm having to tighten belts, size 10s (uk) are looser, tops are bigger..something good is happening but why oh why can't I now get below 136!!
I could SCREEEEEAAAAMMMMMM!

Ok rant over! (for now!) lol

    Just me again!
    do you think its possible for digital scales when their batteries are low that they give wrong reading? just a thought! (I know, grasping at straws here lol)

    Any weight gain after you start working out is most likely just muscle retaining water and should go away soon. It happened to me. Definitely look at the loose clothes as a very positive thing because, though it doesn't seem like you're losing weight, you're losing inches and that's very important! Make sure you're drinking enough water before and after your workout and you should start to see the numbers dropping soon :)

    thanks for your reply, yes I do realise is probably is mostly water weight and as of yesterday the weight has started dropping down again ...thank goodness :-D
