THANKS SO MUCH FOR SETTING UP THIS EXERCISE DIARY!!
Still suffering from the headaches... been to the chiropractor today and I have been advised that my vetebrae is out of alignment and I have a very unhappy neck!! The tension from this is causing the headaches... :-(
I have had some treatment today and will continue with treatment over the coming weeks - so fingers crossed!!
Anyway exercise this week...
Monday - Run - Done 3.5k in 33 minutes
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - Run
Thursday - Yoga
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Run
Sunday - Yoga

I needed to rest more than expected this week what with the treatment for my back / neck. I hope things are back to a bit of normality next week.
