I am going to walk 5 miles today. I managed to walk 5 miles yesterday. Got a mile in early morning today.
Plan to stay on track with food and water.

Today I'm going to stay under my calorie goal and also do walk away the pounds 4 miles. I also plan to walk durign work's lunch break and also 30 minutes on the treadmill0

My afternoon appears to be full of back-to-back meetings so I don't know how good my chances are to get out for a walk. Pilates class after work.0

Went to the gym today. 30 minutes of intervals on treadmill and upper body strength training.0
