Hey all! I have JMBR, and I'm excited to try it out. I'm starting Week 1, Workout 2 instead of waiting until next week and will just do workout 1 on the cardio day to make up for it. I have approximately 25 pounds left to go to get to my ultimate goal. Hoping I can get there with this

Welcome and Good luck! I just started Phase 2 and am loving JMBR so far! Posted some results in another thread as well after phase 1. I think you'll really enjoy it! One of the biggest surprises I found with this program is how fast you get stronger. At the beginning of each two weeks, I thought no way was two weeks going to be long enough to be ready for the new workouts in the next two weeks...but it is!! And for the first time in years...I can do push-ups again...not modified!!!!0

Good to hear all the positive results! I just started off with Cardio 1 today. I know i'm jumping in the middle of the week for it, but I wanted to keep on track. I've decided not to follow her meal plan though as it seems far too few calories for what I need. My body requires at least 1500 cals a day in order to lose weight, so I will make sure with the help of MFP that my net calories will be 1200.
Today's burn was 251 in 26 mins0 -

Awesome burn!!You can do this! I don't follow her meal plan either and am still seeing results. I don't think I'd have enough energy for the workouts if I did follow it! LOL

This is kinda where I am starting from. I know it says May 2013, but I haven't really lost many inches from then. Not too sure how often to take a progress pic with this program. Any ideas?0 -

I did them before I started Phase 1 and then on the day I started Phase 2, so every month. I also took measurements ahead of starting 1 and again after I finished the month out. Definitely take measurements because sometimes you'll notice a bigger change there than in scale weight. I was stuck at a plateau on the scale for two weeks in the middle of the month but lost a ton of inches anyway!0 -
Im horrible at taking measurements. Can never seem to do it in the same place twice. Maybe ill just judge it based on the feeling of my clothes and pics0
