What are we logging videos under??

I have seen people log under 4mph walk or low impact. aerobics . Sometimes it's low, and sometimes it's a faster pace. Ive only done 1, 2, and part of the 3 miles from 5 day slim down, and Get started.

    Low impact aerobics is what I use ... I love the higher impact stuff too, but you're not at high impact all the time.

    You would use the "the walk with boosters" numbers.

    I just put mine under walking/miles but I'm not eating back my calories so I don't think it matters.

    Low impact aerobics might be a better choice.
  • low impact and walking 4mph burn the exact same calories according to MFP. So I guess I was stressing for nothing :)
