Hello, I just started as of yesterday although I signed up on 9/11/13. Well, so far so good. I decided to take 21 day no junk food challenge as well. So, I have found that I have so much more energy. Last night I did my workout and I blast right through it on my treadmill at 3.4 mph and an alternating incline of 5 -6. Another great benefit is that I haven''t had any junk food cravings yet. Fruit is my very best friend. It is great eating a healthy breakfast in the morning because it keeps me focused at work and throughout my day I try to maintain good habits. I had always belived in the practice of eating less and moving more. But now I believe in eating better and still moving more. I am moving towards a healthy future and slimmer waistline. My weight on today was 218.0 and dropping. :bigsmile:
