Thanks TBY for organising and running this challenge it was fun.

Now I start a journey that will end in 12 months at Manchester chasing a set of Masters World Championship bands. Will be a lot of hard work.

I had set goals over the last three years for winning races, then State Championships, then National Championships and now Worlds....Worlds is last on the list and will be the most difficult but the most rewarding.

I have mostly used MFP to make sure I'm eating enough, but not too much, as I train toward my goals. An unforeseen added benefit is reading the many posts of others accomplishing their goals whatever they may be. Keep up the good work.

Thanks again to everyone who participated in this (and all the other) crazy half-arsed ideas I've had over the year. Hopefully we've all got a little out of them, be it riding a few times more often, or extending our distances, or even learning just how hard we can go over a short distance.

I know it's corny, but I really am amazed that people actually join in with my batsh1t crazy ideas... if it wasn't for you, the challenges would be nothing.

Told you before; if you build it, they will come

    That's our pleasure...

Just for clarification, when are you 'putting a lid' on submissions TBY?

If you mean the worlds, it closed a while back... If however you mean the classics challenge then I'll probably post a reminder or two and close off on Wednesday I guess...
