Ive heard so many great things about the body media band
(http://www.amazon.com/BodyMedia-Armband-Weight-Management-System/dp/B0049POHK6/ref=sr_1_1?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1379964876&sr=1-1&keywords=body+media+fit)
and I really would love to get myself one to figure out how much calories I am actually burning, so I can be more accurate with my eating. But they are sooo pricey.. I'm afraid its going to be one of those things I invest in, and then never really figure out..
Are anyone here using one, and finding it useful also while pregnant? Is it worth it?Is it complicated to figure out? (I'm horrible reading instructions, I just want things to be very intuitive..) Does it work well for pregnant people as well, or is it only meant for non-pregnant users?
Thank you for any opinions!

Hi! I had one before I got pregnant and only used it a few months. In fact, I can sell it to you if you want. Now, it's just collecting dust.

It was pretty accurate at counting calories, but I found myself annoyed with it showing through my sleeve. I work in a financial office so things like that are easily noticed. Also, I'd find it to be irritating and itchy on my skin if I sweat too much.

Oh and I'd find myself taking it off a lot because I did a lot of yoga and it doesn't do a good job of picking up calories burned with exercises other than walking or running.

If you don't mind it being exposed then I say go for it! But if you're vain like me, you may not wear it for too long.
