My name is Kasey. I'm 36 years young. Mother of 2 teenage boys.
I've always been pretty good at getting cardio in, but the last 5-6 months my weight has plateued. Not a good thing as I still want to lose about 30 lbs. The past couple months I have included some weight lifting into my workout routine. Very cool, welcome guys Or Gals, I haven't been on but its great to see a few others in the area getting fit. I am going to be on more, and in response to the first lady, adding weights to your cardio routine is great!!!0
