Muller Yogurt Cals

Strawberry. Says on the pot 99 cal? Yet also on the pot it states nutritional content per 100g is 51 cal per 100g. Which would make the total for the 175g pot 89.25 cal, rounding up AND being generous to 90 cal.

So where are they getting the extra 9 cals from? The database on here says 90 cals so I'm going with that, but wondering just why they would artificially inflate the calories on a diet product? Unless I'm missing something, other than the obvious, which is of course that I've clearly been hanging around this site FAR TOO LONG when I'm bothering to question a difference of 9 calories...:blushing:  xxx

  • I have those Muller Light greek style ones and they say 90 or 99 calories (can't remember exactly) on the pot but are actually around 85 cals. I think they meant less than 99 calories? Each flavour has a different amount of cals in but they're all less than 99. Just go with what the nutritional information and MFP says.
