weigh in: week 2

Hello...well, this was another great week. I worked hard and eat well. Now, I need to work on getting more sleep regularly. I am loving the way this is giving me more energy. I feel great although I did get sick over the weekend. I had strep throat but, it did not keep me down and out at all. I made it work and so, I am down 13lbs. I am sure this is plenty of water weight as well because I had not been drinking water as I should. Now I can't get enough of the stuff.

    @alexanda365 - Awesome job! You are off to a great start.

    This past week went well for me overall. I had a few days were I ate out at restaurants or fast food places. I definitely made healthier choices (i.e. Subway instead of a burger, steak and veggies instead of pasta) and I curbed my drinking to just 2 beers but I could have done better. This week I am focusing on cooking more (healthy) meals at home and my first 5K this Saturday.
