My first 24 day challenge starts tomorrow. Anybody out there have any tips?

    Hi there. Congratulations on starting your new challenge! My tips:

    1) You may have cravings the first couple of days. Stay strong & I promise they will pass.

    2) Around day 3 or 4 you're going to start feeling amazing with a lot of energy.

    3) Make sure you keep healthy meal & snack items on hand so you've always got good choices available. The more planning & food prep you do in advance the easier this will be.

    4) Spark doesn't necessarily dissolve well in really cold water, so I recommend mixing it in room temp water until it's dissolved then chilling it if you like it cold. I prefer mine room temp.

    5) Follow the guide carefully, especially during the first 10 days because you're not doing the same thing every day. Days 1, 2 and 3 are the same but then 4-7 and 8-10 change up again.

    6) Weigh and measure before you start!
