Hello, My name is Kim and I am in Oklahoma, 48 years old, 2 kids in college now so I am focusing on getting my life, my weight, and my fitness regimen in order.
Challenge SW 9-25-13: 246.9
Christmas GW 12-25-13: 226.9
I am going to continue to log every bite that passes my lips and make those good choices every time.
My challenge will be to commit to fitting in my exercise time and not make excuses.
Hopefully, that will start moving the scale a little quicker in the right direction.

I am on week 1 of Focus T25 Workout Program as of today nervous but willing !!!

2. My current fitness is terrible, Just need some encouragement (NOT!...Just need to stop being lazy…lol)
3. My fitness goal is to lose this unwanted weight and be healthy for ME my Husband and my three Sons
4. I have no physical limitations
