Lost 8 lbs in 25 days and still dropping, here's how....

After being bedridden and slowed down by a year of breast cancer treatments I am losing weight on Dr. Fuhrman's "Eat to Live" plan. Since 9/2/13 my husband lost 17 lbs, I lost 8 lbs. Eat at least 4 fruits/day (eat as many fruits and vegetables as you want), eat 1 lb of fresh veggies and 1 lb of cooked veggies each day. The recipes are delicious besides being full of the micronutrients needed to regain vital health and immunity from reoccurrence. I'm loving it. Seeing immediate results makes me greedy for more.

Has any one else tried Joel Fuhrman's vegan diet yet?

We are going camping this weekend with the family. I am bringing a huge salad with mango/bean salsa dressing, a box of peaches & apples, washed and ready to eat, watermelon, and taking fruit shakes and hummus with veggie sticks for the road trip to the mountains. :wink: :wink:
