I did my last WOD on Wednesday. I noticed all day today that my outer hands (fleshy part up to the knuckles) is pretty sore to the touch like I smashed it. They're not swollen or bruised though.
Only thing I can think of is that after my first round into Jack, my coach upped my KB from the 18 lb I had to 26 lb. The 18 had gotten to be too easy, and I'm glad I was pushed to go harder with the 26 lb.
Could that be what's causing the soreness? Have you guys noticed this when upping the weight on your kettlebells? I ended up doing 60 reps at that new weight......

Yeah, I would imagine that's why. CF has shown me muscles in places I had NO clue about.0
