Hey! Anyone pick up on my comedy reference? lol Well it's official! I am below 300lbs for the 1st time in over 5 years. I haven't achieved my final goal but I am motivated now more than ever. I have been able to share my story at work and amongst friends and I am seeing such a difference. The change came when I dropped the diet mindset and set out to make lifestyle changes. Not looking back and excited for the future!
