Has anyone ever tried Cloud Bread? One of my clients told me she makes it because it is glutten free...she says it is good. I have found a recipe online and it looks pretty easy to make...just wondering if anyone else has tried it?

    I've made it. It's really light in texture and doesn't actually taste much like bread to me, but it'll work if ya need "buns" for a burger.

    I've seen a similar recipe w/o the coconut flour where you make the Cloud Bread & put the cream cheese mixture in the middle.
