My personal trainer is running a short holiday workout challenge, it is out of the White bear Snap FItness (no membership required), here is the info:
Hot for Holiday challenge starts Oct 15th and ends Dec 15th!
$30 to enter the challenge and you will get a Fit In You zip up sweat shirt!
**Weekly one on one workouts ($35 per session OR package deal buy 5 get one free for $175)...
**Monthly check ins (measurements and body fat, included in the entry fee)
**Bi-monthly group workouts (optional, $10 each class) Saturdays at 9:00am
1st place: 2 FREE training sessions, and Isagenix supplements
2nd place: 1 FREE Spray tan, and Isagenix supplements
3rd place: 1 FREE maintenance training session!
You do not have to be a statistic this year. Feel HOT for the Holidays this year. Short, 8 week challenge!
