My husband has been bulking up recently and has been considering the Body Beast program. He's a naturally skinny guy, 6' tall, 175 lbs, and looking to tone up and gain about 10 lbs of muscle. Anyone have any success with the program?

Body Beast is an awesome program!! I did Les Mills Pump first to get a taste of weights, so I have never lifted in my life. Then I moved to Body Beast and really liked it.. Please note though: It is VERY equipment intense. You need a wide variety of dumbbells, a bench (or stability ball), a chin-up bar (or bands) and a ez-curl bar (or straight bar) with weight plates. The bar work can be done with barbells also. If you already have the equipment or don't mind getting it, then Body Beast is a great program!! If you have any questions about it, please feel free to PM me..

Currently doing Body Beast and it's a great work out with the variation of the type of sets that are done. I would highly encourage him to give it a shot. I watched all the videos first and thought "this doesnt look to hard". But it kicked my *kitten*. Also doing T25 along with it but I'm trying to lose about 15-20% of BF also.
