    I started using fp again after a couple of months and I started the 30 day squat challenge yesterday. So that's a good thing!

    My second job starts tomorrow.

    My squats actually look decent, even though I'm not going up in weight yet.

    I'm still losing weight.

    Okay, let's see, stupid people do get their come uppance even if it has to come from the FBI, we can handle crazy sample work at work a lot better than we used to, the meds can still have side effects, but are working (I think, but we'll see what the blood work says in a few weeks)

    I got my first official introduction to the Hurt Locker at the gym, they aren't kidding about the name, but I kept up!

    Good: I logged in everyday this week!

    Not So Good: I went over calories a few times

    Good: A friend from AZ visited!

    Good: I tried some new healthy recipes and they came out great!

    got a Pink Ultimate Sandbag and took it to the park yesterday to try it out....uhmmmmm.....WHOLE BODY HURTS!!! My new favorite workout toy:-)
