    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, I ate 1340 and goal is 1530 plus got 752 extra calories for working out but didn't use them.
    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yep I did 63 minutes worth....ran 2 miles and walked 2 miles
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    When talking about calorie budget is it the original allotted calories or if u get extra for exercising as long as you don't go over can you use those as well?

    If you want to eat back your calories that were excerised away, you can do that. They don't have to be in your original budget.
