You know I always give you an alternative not just for daily but for the month. Nice if you travel or need something when your workout plan does not go as planned. I like because can do yourself no equipment and can fit in a tight schedule!

    Just gotta do modified jumping jacks and mountain climbers and this is excellent to have for either travel or a day like yesterday when I couldn't go to the gym, got home fairly late, and needed something to do to get the endorphins going!
