Great start, everyone! We had 47 sign-ins on Day One (that's good).

Reading some of the posts, I want to remind everyone: you don't have to sign in every single day. Let's say you can't get to a computer on October 5th. You have up to three days to sign in: you can sign in for October 5th on October 5th, 6th, or 7th.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 30 min on the treadmill after breakfast.
