Can't read the second one at work (I get the no-no notice) but I love cooking with pumpkin! Discovered a great pumpkin and kale recipe that I made last year: you cook it in the pumpkin... supposed to be one sugar pumpkin per person as a side dish, Super Trainer and I split one for a WHOLE meal each.. but it was good..... I need to pull that recipe again and make it, it's been a year and I'm sure I can give 1/2 of it to Super Trainer again (or maybe I'll make two, one for her and one for me and we each can have two meals out of it!)
