How much protein?

Hi everyone,

I've read the book, the site, watched several vids on Youtube, saw the hand/palm measurements, the 100cal foods ....maybe I'm duf but I'm not seeing how much protein we actually need per meal or per day? Can any one help me? I'm 5'6 female 233lbs and my goal is about 72lb weight loss.

    I have read just about everywhere to eat your body weigh in protein. I however eat more, my body wants more.. so I give it more protein.. just below 200g per day.. i know its a bunch but that is how i function.
