164.5!!!!! I gained back every pound I lost in the last challenge plus MORE!!!! and that is while exercising! It makes me sick and I feel like crap!! I will follow a diet low in carbs and I WILL get rid of 20 pounds!!!0

My starting weight is 242.5lb (110kg). I weigh on Mondays so my first weigh in will be crap but after that, I'll be sweet!!

I knew why I'd been avoiding the scales, I was in denial even though the last pair of trousers that actually fit were getting too tight, 156.4lbs it is and that's with 1/2 training, well the saying rings true for me today "you can't out exercise a bad diet!"0
