End of Day Bloating

OK, as embarrassing as this is, I gotta go there!!! I start out my day feeling great. Of course, that's if my sugars start out good!!! But, as my day progresses, I start getting very gassy and bloated feeling. I eat a lot of chicken and vegetables, so I'm guessing that's what it's from. Goodness knows what's happening to get rid of it all in the night!!!
I have oatmeal for breakfast, make with almond coconut milk. I add 1 oz of frozen raspberries and some flax seed.
Lunch, homemade chicken soup. Maybe an apple or some light yogourt. Most of the time, I'm starting to get that gassy feeling, so I skip the apple. I will save it for my afternoon snack.
Dinner, salad, 3 oz of protein, a side of vegetable, very little carbs, and 6 oz of 1% milk.
I'm hungry, even though my stomach is feeling uncomfortable.
I'm at a point I have trouble telling the difference between cravings and actually being hungry?
Is this what they talk about when they say diabetics can have a problem with their stomachs emptying slowly? I end up taking gas relief tabs. They don't help much. I'm open to suggestions.

I've never really experienced that except for once when I ate a fiber bar. The protein bars that I eat are very high in fiber but those don't cause any problems. So I'm not really sure how to explain the different effects of each. Your diary is closed so I'm not sure if your fiber is high. I don't know if I've just been sheltered but I've not heard anything about diabetics having issues with slow digestion UNLESS they have been diagnosed with gastroparesis. I also work as an RN...the patients that I have cared for that have gastroparesis are generally in SEVERE pain. So I don't think that is your issue. Maybe try to change your diet around a little and make a few changes to see if that helps. I hope it does improve because that has to be no fun.0
