need some help

my dilemma today is I woke up late around noon and I have panicked as im not sure how to proceed iv had my shake and tablets and a cup of the original tea like I normally do at lunch but my question is do I just skip the other shake or do I have it later as a snack feel after dinner I feel like iv messed up my entire day and I don't want to completely waste the day any help or advice would be so helpful thanks

    Don't be too hard on yourself, nothing is written in stone ! Just carry on with your meals as you want them and use the missed calories if you want to. If you don't then no problem for a day :)

    I believe that your diet plan needs to revolve around your lifestyle not the other way around
  • Thank you I had my lunch then a snack il have dinner and another snack later im just marking down my caloires on my dairy and il just count it like tht today im gonna have my tablets with dinner and then my snack I don't want the day to be a complete bust so as long as I stay in my calorie intake im not gonna beat myself up too much tomorrow is a new day aslong as I don't fall completely off the bandwagon il be ok
