How do you exactly get into Ketosis? What things do you like to eat? How often do you exercise and for how long! thanks for the support!

Get into ketosis by sticking with your LCHF plan ( high fat, mod protein & low carb), it takes 1-3 weeks to get into ketosis. If you slip up it can throw you right out of ketosis & you'll have to start all over. For me I don't exercise at all. Sometimes I go for a walk or do resistance band when I'm up for it. Exercise isn't mandatory to lose weight on LCHF but it is for building & toning muscles.0
