Daily Challenge 07/10/2013--Challenge Challenge

Okay...

I admit it. My challenge well is a bit dry. Yes...I can schedule an endless loop of reruns. (Oh...it's Monday, must be fat macro day...)

OR...

You can meet today's challenge and list off your personal areas of weakness, or better still, places where a little reminder or a gentle push might be helpful now and again. (Drink your water?)

OR...

You can tie down your thinking cap real tight, and post some ideas to the Challenge Suggestion forum.


AND...

Because it's Monday--Keep your fat macro green! (...and watch that sodium!)

    If we migrate to a new group, perhaps a migration to weekly challenges also. They could still be something like water, check in each day with how much you drank. The person at the end of the week with the most "wins" and can pick the next weeks challenge. I think weekly would be a lot easier to carry on long term, but will still require daily interaction to stay on track.

  • We do have some weekly challenges! I would rather not do something where it's competition :(

    I always need those reminders to drink water
    My weaknesses are in finding balance with my diet I aim almost solely for calories only
    Exercise finding new and interesting things I mostly walk and do light strength training so more?
    Planning ahead
    Admitting my weakness
    Getting enough sleep



    Sometimes repeating a challenge is a good idea too! Practice makes perfect!

    Hey the best challenge I could pick was to do an old challenge!

    I like daily and weekly challenges. It gives me something to work towards daily, which is something I really need :blushing: And doing the same challenges over does'nt bother me, practice makes perfect :tongue:
