Should I go with 45% carbs 30 %protein 25% fat or should I go with the MFP guidelines of 55%carbs 30% fat 15% protein?

I would say do whatever is easiest for you. Do not overthing this. 30% protein is pretty hard to get and more expensive. research shows that you can maintain muscle with as little as .6gr per pound of your Lean Body Mass per day. But most Bodybuilders suggest eatting 1gr per pound of Lean Body Mass.0
