Whoever coined the phrase "It's all downhill from here" is obviously not a cyclist.

    Indeed. I've found for every downhill coast there seems to be an equal or greater uphill climb! I encountered a new one on Saturday and the uphill just about broke me! Once at the top, I rode the next mile at about 10 mph, if not less!
