Thanks for posting this!
I love Lyle McDonald am am trying to have as lean of a gain as possible. My problem is that I'm neither "overfat" nor was I in shape previously and now am out of shape...I'm just in shape. Hopefully I can do it (though I am not opposed to gaining the 10-15 lbs I've mentally commited myself to gaining).0
