    Did you do the Mini challenge of 50 wall push-ups? Yes (Woo Hoo, I did every day from Oct 4th through the 10th on mini challenge. So proud of myself that I did it every day and oh do I feel stronger now in core and upper arm strength.

    And then there were . . . 38.

    Last night, as I was laying in bed awake, I remembered a protein bar and glass of milk I forgot to log. :grumble: Grrrr! I spent a minute or two thinking it wasn't a big deal, but I knew it was. It broke one of the simple rules I'd been following. So, bye for now.

    Hey Pizzazz,

    Forgetting to log happens occasionally. As long as you: 1.) log the suddenly-remembered item, and 2.) do the math and the calories of the suddenly-remembered item don't put you over your calorie budget, you haven't officially broken any rules.
