Okay, I just binged and feel awful.
I have a cold (i feel like crap since yesterday) and when I feel sick, be it cold or sinus, I feel this terrible urge for sweets (which I dont eat at all). So I feel like crap today and just had not one, not two, THREE slices of pizza!!
I'm on the ketogenic diet, I'm supposed to keep mu carbs as low as possible, and now I feel terrible
Im suppose to weight myself on saturday
Just wanted to let it all out it's a bad day

Like Malia said, LOTS of water tomorrow. It's good for the cold as well as the sodium you picked up from the pizza.
The rest, well, it's done. no use beating yourself about it. What could you have chosen to do instead? I know it's hard doing that when you feel poorly, but if you think about it after the fact maybe you'll talk to yourself and avoid the binge next time?

I'm sorry to hear you're not feeling well, hopefully your cold goes away quickly.
Don't beat yourself up over it. It happened, it sucks, but it's a blip and you'll forget about it soon enough. Just don't let it derail you.

Know it takes more than 3 slices of pizza to gain a pound of fat. Agree w/the others. drink some water. if you're feeling better maybe do a slow walk just to get your mental focus back in the game.

Sorry your not feeling well I was sick a few weeks ago and I know how hard it can be to bounce back!
The past cannot be changed so now you need to forgive and move forward!
Try to find some healthier alternatives to that sweet spot when your sick! Peanut butter on toast?0 -

I'm feeling better now (the boyfriend has been awesome these couple of days ). I definitely didn't let that little binge to set me back, and can say I was back on track immediately. Can wait to feel 100% fine so that I can hit the gym!0 -
