Those playing the September challenge lost 101.4 lbs? Based on the last reported weights vs. starting weights for the month.

Way to go! "Let's Lose 100+!" group met it's name goal. How cool is that?

We have weight loss posts from 19 people. Great job all!

Now, back to your normally scheduled weight loss programming.
