Hey folks -
This is a terribly busy month...I've been doing some travelling and I leave for Japan in 2 days, so I'm a little out of touch. I'd love it if you guys would keep up with each other while I'm gone.
Some exciting news for today though...I fit into a pair of pants I've been waiting to wear for two years! Whoa! I am feeling accomplished today! But I did have a little falter over the weekend. Burger yesterday WITH fries and a piece of birthday cake for my hubby. Drat. But I went out and ran for 4 miles to try and help the problem. Hopefully I'll get lots of raw fish, veggies and walking in in Japan...
