Prior to starting advocare we had hit a weight loss plateau. I lost 20 lbs and then no matter what I did, diet or exercise my weight was not budging. We are now on Day 9 and I have lost 7 lbs and inches. I haven't measured yet, but am excited to. We will measure at the end of our cleanse phase. Anyone have any questions about Advocare or their products??
