compression products

Do you use compression products? If so, is it for recovery or active usage? I use ProCompression socks for recovery only. I'm in them pretty much constantly unless I'm running. I've tried running in compression socks, but I didn't like it. I've had shin splints a couple of times & it hurt so bad. After every run, I ice my legs, I stretch, and put on my compression socks. If I'm laying down, I definitely wear them. Working? Always.

Anyone use the compression sleeves for your arms? How's that feel? I haven't tried those. I'm also interested in an entire body compression suit. That would be heaven some days...

I LOVE CW-X tights. I began ordering them when I had ITB, knee, and hip issues. I can definitely tell the difference in all 3 areas when I wear them, versus wearing regular shorts/tights. Besides helping with the pain, I find them extremely comfortable/comforting when I have them on. Since I've gotten them, I really don't like wearing anything else when I run or work out, and I like keeping them on afterwards, to help with recovery, as well. Here's the link to their site, which will help you determine which type of product would be most helpful to you: http://cw-x.com/ExploreProducts.aspx?gender=womens&product=tights
