Long working hours - 10 miles walking a day?

Hi guys, I'm currently working silly shifts which include me walking 10 mile a day around the shop (fitbit results) .... My back knees an intact most of my body is painful! Any good relaxation ideas ect?

    sitting in a hot tub does wonders - you feel sooooo relaxed when you get out.:yawn:

    Knead the muscles till you push out the kinks. Even better, a massage. Yoga or stretching too! (Ever fallen asleep in yoga class? I have.)
