Mini challenge starts 19th October till 25th October,
Stay with the 50 pushups
Stay with the 50 squats
5x 1 minute planks to be done through out the day, please remember this is for added strength for any one that wants to do it, not compulsory

    Well, I haven't been able to do the planks.....I guess there's no pirate blood in me!! :laugh:


    I'm not giving up though!!! I'll will definitely let you know WHEN I finally accomplish this one!! :drinker:

    Did this on the 19th but logged it in the main logging place on the 19th check ins.
    Did 50 pushups
    Did 50 squats
    Now this one is very hard for me. I am wondering can we work up to the 5x 1 min.?

    Ok, did my 50 wall push-ups and my 50 squats.

    I really am not sure if I did the planks right. I did 5 planks total and held each one for 1 minute. Is this what we are suppose to do? I did 3 planks and later on did the other 2 planks. 10-21-13

    Yes that is ok, you don't do them all at once, 5 through out the day, as long as they are for a minute each time

    Oct 22! So excited the month is ending I can feel muscles I never knew I had. My pants and tops are getting looser!
    I did my
    100 wall push ups
    100 squats
    and 6 planks 30 sec each! I am trying for more tomorrow!

    100 squats
    100 wall push ups
    3 burpee planks. Have a huge headache SO this was very hard on my head!
