Well, I haven't been able to do the planks.....I guess there's no pirate blood in me!! :laugh:
I'm not giving up though!!! I'll will definitely let you know WHEN I finally accomplish this one!! :drinker:0 -

Did this on the 19th but logged it in the main logging place on the 19th check ins.

Now this one is very hard for me. I am wondering can we work up to the 5x 1 min.?

Ok, did my 50 wall push-ups and my 50 squats.
I really am not sure if I did the planks right. I did 5 planks total and held each one for 1 minute. Is this what we are suppose to do? I did 3 planks and later on did the other 2 planks. 10-21-130 -

Yes that is ok, you don't do them all at once, 5 through out the day, as long as they are for a minute each time0 -
Oct 22! So excited the month is ending I can feel muscles I never knew I had. My pants and tops are getting looser!
