This weekend- Lets do a " check-in"

You can log it into your profile so that later whe we look back you will know how much progress we have made! Sometimes we loose fat and gain muscle, and since it weighs more you wouldnt know your progress unless you measured.

  • I added exercises. but my tally shows I have done. nothing. I think it will take awhile to figure out how to work this.

  • What I met by check in was todo your meaurments, bust arms legs ect. You can log it in on your personal page.

    Im not sure about going back a day, are you talking about logging in your food?

    Yes this will take time to get used to.
