How did YOUR week go????

Here's how mine went iv been trying to work myself up to start the p 90x so I did the hip hop abs slim down in 6 days which is cardio also been riding my bike 30-60 min at least 3 times this week now I'm excited to say I started p 90 x which I've been putting off for to long now using the tomorrow excuse well I'm super happy that I've made it a reality :-) . As far as my food consumption goes in case your wondering I'm limiting my carbs I do a herbalife shake in the morning and for Lunch and I cook healthy I log everything that I eat . Well enough about my week I wanna here how everyone in the groups week went????
