Which BF entry to pick?

I am 3 weeks post partum and lost 21 of the 22 lbs I gained, but I'm smushy and am ready to - not try to lose, but at least log again so I don't gain fat I worked so hard to lose. I looked in the database and there are tons of bf entries...I realize 500 is the main number, but the rest have different macros and everything. Which should I be picking - any ideas?

(My macros are still on default mfp mode, I'm not ready to watch macros yet, but I may as well figure it out now.)

    What I found works best for me is to set my calories to maintenance and let my breastfeeding be the deficit...so, my maintenance is 2,500 and to lose 1lb/wk would be 2,000. I just leave my calories at 2,500 and don't add in anything for breastfeeding, and if I'm still hungry I eat more anyways :) Then the macros match what I've set, as opposed to random numbers in the MFP database.
